Your second entry is moving in the right direction. To me the "Bidding" text almost gets lost next to the bold red. I am not sure what color would be best but we need to make it more noticeable. As for the image at first glance I think EB instead of BB.

The Yellow box with the "B" is not doing anything for me. We need somthing creative and bold.
