Strong corporate feel with a hint of classy design which never gets old. Text is carefully played. Check connections on FI and TI. The mark is abstract and it was made by placing triangles in a B layout. I like the negative space on it, making it look like a building. I know what you mean by generic design, 99% designs here are either recycled from other contests or copy cat from thousands of logos in realty biz. Take care and good luck. #39 just to check how it looks in smaller sizes and different layout. Your logo should be able to adapt the media: it can be horizontal or vertical, showing versatility.
