I dont oppose white clouds.
For a teaser... Can you make it look more like clouds?
And subtle the "Holding AB" part.

Also. Text "Holding AB" can be much smaller. Almost subtle.

I like the new approach.
I dont like:
a) the pregnant profile
b) the vertical logo look... go for horizontal.
