I like this the most so far but it is unlikely I would chose it as other alternatives come in. The logo needs to portray credibility, trustworthy and professionalism. I like the script...maybe a different green, darker.

I like this color combination much better.
The name of the Company is Bella Walk, which is a mix of Italian and English meaning "beautiful walk". In addition to this logo concept you may want to consider another concept where a "path" is interwoven into the design/name.
