176 is very nice. Would it still look ok if it ever needed to be placed on a dark or non-white background?

On 176 and 238, can you make the graphic element larger, perhaps extending to the space between "Bell" and "McCann" on the one side and equivalent on the other. On 238, can you try the blue a gradient from the center, getting darker to black at the edges. Thank you. Great work.
