Hi,
Here are my submissions for your contest.
I kept an old school feel to it leaning more towards the older beer advertisements.
I had read in your brief that you were planning on having the design applied in twill.
To have a design that will properly cut in twill, the lines must be thick. any small detail will be lost unless you had it set up for a kisscut system where the small details would need to be embroidered which in turn signifigantly increases your per piece cost.
The design I am submitting can be cut straight from twill with no stitching needed for details. I will even set it up for you in a format that your shop will be able to use. that way you can avoid any art charges associated with preparing the file for twill.
The design can also be embroiderd large or small. I had left plenty of negative space throughout the design to decrease your stitch count, in turn lowering your per piece cost. It is also good for screen printing.
Thanks,
Glendon
