You bet—I just uploaded a handful of different ideas on the spine. How playful are you thinking? My only concern is the abstract/simple spine concept may start looking like a caterpillar. Do any of these designs look good?

Dots out of this one too. We want to keep to the navy blue and dark grays for our final design. The spine can still fade as well.

We like the font of the spine in the one with the dots but in this logo with no dots. One line a bit thicker and gray might be good. Great logo!

Use more of a block style font for "Becker" or try all caps.
