All of these, the font looks a little too feminine. I like the horizontal look of #46. #42 is way to girly. #46 may work. I'm a little concerned about the font being too girly. I like the abstract shape.

Here a variation as you requested with a san serif font. The font can be bolder if desired. Also not in the rotation as opposed to the other entries on the 'b' which can be like the others. Also the baseline with the emblem can go up or down as needed. The variations of blues and grays are numerous and you may want to try something between the darker and lighter of my entries.
