I like the glossy look of #25 and #26. The think that attracted me to DoOz's design is that it was creative. He made the b look like a target or a gear. I've asked him to try making it look more like a gear than a saw blade and we'll see what he does. There was another design that looked like a 6 which doesn't work, but the bottom of the 6 looked a little like a gear, so I asked that designer to try using a B instead of a b, still at an angle, but making the upper half of the B and the lower half look like 2 gears working together.
The gear is OK. I'm not sure if it works or not now that I see it. I like it, I just have to think about whether that's what I want on the logo. Thanks!
