BEATSTREET NYCLogo Design Contest

Here's the main concern. The font looks pretty stock, so the "A" was an attempt to make it unique and echo the play button "B" Logo. No one is seeing this, so...how about if we color the A in Light Grey (as NYC), then make the middle part of the "B" Logo the same Light Grey (as NYC), then the top part of the "B" Dark Grey and the bottom part, Black? Also try a version with the Top part Black and the bottom, Dark Grey. Also, make sure the "A" and the Play button are the same size.

This is our winner! Before signing off and sending files, please give me mockups of: 1-the above with the logo on the left, 2- The above with logo on left but NO "Award Winning..."(on this version give me a few different options for NYC on a second/bottom line). Lastly, I'll need an inverted version (with black background) that will look great on the upper left corner of our site, www.beatstreetnyc.com. For this we'd definitely use the logo on the left. Can I see it with BEATSTREET NYC the same size as the logo and also with NYC on a 2nd line? Thanks!

Is it just me or could it use a hair more space between the E and the A? Also, please give me a version where NYC is also Bolded, then a version where NYC is Bolded and Grey (matching slogan in color) Thanks!

Actually, I meant to have this look more like a filled-in A as in 534. Not sure if this is a great idea, just wanted to see it.

You might even try filling in the "A" so it's a Play button on it's side...

I think I like this font best. What do you think of playing with the "A" so it's somewhat different? Maybe leaving out the horizontal line. Also try having the horizontal line on the bottom of the letter (making it a triangle).

507 looks good as an alternate (B Logo on left). As you probably know, you're in 1st place with this one #494, so let's fine-tune. How would you incorporate "Award Winning Audio Post since 1995" into this design? Also, we didn't like any of the new fonts, can you give us more font options. Keep it sleek & modern as the bolder ones feel too heavy.

I like this one best. One more request before making a final decision. I need to see this (#494) on a black bgd. So make all black, white and experiment with shades of grey so it looks best. Thanks and Merry Xmas!!

We like this font best. For the 3 shades of grey in the "B" logo, I'd like to see what it would look like if you swapped the top 2 colors, making the Top section Dark grey and the Middle section, Black. Thanks!!
