I appreciate you stepping up and being the first to take a shot at this. We have tried several variations of this logo concept and this looks very similar to ones we have already experimented with. I guess I would be looking more for either something to really change it up bit or something completely different from this design.

I like the way you used the Escape cabin as a silohette, if it is not too time consuming I would be interested to see the Moose Mountain one instead.

Could you come up with some ideas using the letters BLCR while integrating the colors of our website?

Entry #18: We like that you used the colors from the website and the letters, but we would like to see some ideas based around the letters not formed into a house or cabin structure. Try creating a design based around the letters alone.

Entry #17: Make the sun bigger, add some birds or something like that. Integrate some of the blue from our new website. Also cleanup the area in front that would have been grass in the original picture.

Entry 44: We like this one but the colors of the letters need to be changed to reflect the blues and browns of our website. Also, could you please remove or replace the swish?

Entry 33: Please remove or replace the swish. Try changing the colors of the lettering to blue.

Entry #81: Could you please change the color of the sun to more of a yellow rather than orange? Also, please center align the words "& Property Management"? or just move it to the right?

pfdesigner please remove #111 this is too obvious

@crampfenburg01 i dont think its to close the type and cabin treatment is whats counts but not to cause the ch any problems at the end of his contest I will remove for now unless he ask for me to put it back then i would just go to forum and see what the others designers think.

i asked you because i don't like the logo court. Your entry was definitely too close. And however, you have tons of own good ideas so you really don't need to copycat.
