Thanks for the designs, but #13 is sort of Florida resort crowdish and we aren't interested in a circle for a logo.

Much better. Thanks. The picture mark is too dark. Also, the bump next to the house (which I'm assuming are bushes) looks odd. Less detail will probably be better.

#27 is a vast improvement from #22/23. Please center the text vertically within the icon. And make the word Properties the width of Beacon.
#25 has a lot of promise, the concept is really good, but needs some more work. Maybe use the house in #27?

#31 Please change the color of the text for the word Properties. That blue is too bright. As well as the same blue that is in the icon. Thanks.

#38 Please do a couple using some bold colors. For example, use the blue and orange from the Florida Gators.
