Hi - here are a couple different concepts. #13 Features a cropped lighthouse at night - the night representing the "dark times" / struggles. #14 / #15 are more simple and also more subtle, showing the O is a compass to represent your group as offering guidance.

Hi Josh. Your concepts are interesting. I think #15 and #14 are almost too subtle. Is there a way for you to incorporate a lighthouse into those designs (not in the dark since you already did that in #13, but in the daylight)? Thanks!

Here are some daytime variations mixing in the compass "O" concept. Some have clouds to indicate the same sort of guidance-needing times.
