i use the 'bc' as the logo itself,
lowercase bc - uppercase PROPERTIES (kerning adjusted)
i made custom text for 'bc', and integrated it with house outline, and make the stem of the b as the chimney.
colored with dark grey and dark blue.
can be applied easily to black and white version.
and you can use the bc as stand alone icon without full text.
#if you want to make it simpler you could just use the custom 'bc' (without the house outline)
