Bayfront Inn 5th AveLogo Design Contest

Genius lol. So I was reading how to select a winner and it said I can request three versions - upon selection, can you provide 1. this version, 2. the white on black version, and 3. can you do a colour version maybe that has a gradient to it? That will cover all of our bases!

You can use either the designs as it is or the palm, the wave or the writing alone.

I simplified the initial palm tree.

I colored/changed the palm tree from #146 in three different ways.

What do you think of them?

OK, I'm trying to swing someone to the palm tree side... are you able to colour this one all black - or use a more fitting palm tree if you think this one looks bad all black - looking for symmetry and simplicity - clean lines easy to make out, I guess as an example, say it was going to be embroidered on a golf shirt or something.

And I should have been clear - you only need to do it on the one that has 5TH AVE and the most recent font. If you do that, and also that specific logo version but with the bottom lines removed as well (so it is more like your first entry) I'll have every possible iteration - and you'll have my vote lol, it will depend on my partners and whether I can convince them to go for the palm tree! ;)

ok I think this should be the last request... Can you check out what it look slike if you give the top and the bottom lines equal weight - I don't know if they will look better the same thickness as the top line, or look better the same thickness as the bottom lines...maybe try them both and see if one or the other is a better look? - My thought is the thinner line up top to match the bottom line might be better but I have to see it ..and how it looks with the palm tree

I think it looks great - my concern is having it spelled could cause just a touch of confusion - is there a 5th ave, and a fifth ave? that sort of thing. I agree I do think it looks good- thanks for doing that, and the additional logo concepts...

With "th" lowercase and superscript.

In this version, I made "th" lowercase and all the rest uppercase.

With "TH" slightly superscript .

Since nobody made it, I thought of spelling out "5TH AVE". This way, "5" won`t be mistaken for an "S".

What do you think of it?

I used the font from my entry #89 which is similar to the font you liked.

I also made four versions for "5TH AVE".

before I put this to a vote with my partners, can I see the font more crisp and clean like the font in the 4th ranked logo? - pick something very close if you can please.
Also, I'm struggling with how 5TH AVE comes across - at glance the 5 can look like an S - not sure what to do there and still have it look balanced and professional - slightest superscript to the TH? and tightened up slightly to the 5 - play around with it see and see what you think looks appropriate? thanks!!!
