I like this design. I don't know that i would change it. I am not the only one making the decision here as I am sending the top logos out to my team to see which they prefer. For this one, maybe put the image to the left of the words.

Yes - the blue and green should be the Bayer colors because this logo would be presented next to the Bayer logo on internal communications so they should be aligned.
This still looks transparent to me. Can you make the blue darker then I guess. It looks like you added a white block over the logo and made it transparent. The logo should look clearer
This is simple, but I like it as well. Can you change the color of supplier diversity to be closer to the Bayer Blue which is a bit lighter? Also, please add the 'Enhancing the ..,." statement
Can you possibly make each of the circles a picture that relates to manufacturing? Icons that convey inter-connected processes, production, service orientation and customer focus?
Try to think about the meaning of Supplier Diversity which is to utilize small businesses which are proven more responsive, innovative and do not increase costs or quality for large businesses.
The logo would need to fit into the footer of a PowerPoint presentation and given the dimensions needed to clearly see the logo, it would be too small lengthwise
