Hi. What did you do here? The only think I'd like to see here is lowering the banner. there is open spacebetween the parts and then maybe it will look okay.
Hi, I am looking at the other ones, and after 5 minutes of staring, I cannot decide yet. Meanwhile, can you provide me with a couple of examples using the larger sun (as well?). trying to speed things up a bit.
Yes, this is better. Please try moving the banner down, so there is some space between in and the rest of the Logo. Maybe it could be shifted to the right as well??
Also, try one with the bigger sun, it may help balance things out.
Hi, I don't know for sure. Please try moving the banner down on all of these. That is a much nicer design, but with the gold, it seems a bit much. I'll have a look at some of the other ones before I say too much more.
Hi. I found a banner online which is green with gold lettering. I can't seem to attach images or files....? It has a gold line on the top and bottom as well. Ahhh, here is a link: https://www.mmvehicles.com/ I don't think the shape is right, but can you use the idea? Thanks.
I don't know about the black. Would it be too heavy to reverse it so the banner was all black and the text white? I think so, but I'm hoping for a solid colour with white lettering. Maybe with a thinner black outline.
Not sure if this one will work or not - maybe, if we can get the colour scheme right. I think the size is about right. Again, I think the design has the right elements, but the banner itself doesn't look like a continuous ribbon.
I'm imagining this could have several versions, and if we just took the green box and the Second-Life banner separately, it should work by itself. This seems too crowded.
Thanks. Only one day left, but hopefully we can work together to create a set of different versions of this - one more with just the image of the Man with the sun behind, and one with the text, as I mentioned above.
Hi! Well, I don't really love any of these, but it is a start. Next, maybe lower the banner, and try some different colours instead of white with green? Can we bring-in the gold? And the banner itself is a bit stiff. See how the other one curves a bit? It is supposed to be a ribbon - can you find a different graphic?
Hi. I sent separate comments regarding a misunderstanding in the latest draft. I would like to see the Banner on this one as well, as I think the smaller sun works better.
Also, I sent you a note regarding the addition of battery posts to either end of the green rectangle - so see what that looks like. Not sure where that comment went (?).
Black posts, not sure if they should be slanted or not.
The trick will be to get the Banner to fit-in with the rest of the Logo, in terms of colour, shape, size and shading. Crap, sorry we lost a couple of days there; I thought I was clear enough.
Hi! Okay. See the other Logo which I put in as number3?? Let's try a simple banner for "Second Life Lithium" centered and below like in that image. I'll leave it to you to figure-out spacing and all that, but the "Second-Life" idea is supposed to be virtuous - bragging rights.
Hello! Almost there. I would like to see the sun a little higher. I think it will give it more energy.
Also, I would like to see what the green banner looks like if you put battery posts on the left and right. I'm not sure if they should be tilted or not. Thanks.
Hey - I am really happy with this one. It looks like you made the text of "Second-Life Lithium" larger too. I am going to sit on it for awhile, but don't have any changes to suggest right now. If you have any ideas, let me know.
Right, Minimum 8- 9 point for main letter, i.e Card Holder Name, the rest can be to minimum 6 point, it still read well, some card have a lot text for a reason. Yours is fine
Hi. Please add the green shading and dash to this one, I like it the best. The sun is not the most realistic, but has some energy to it which I like. It reminds me of fireworks as well.
Thinking-Ahead, what size print would "Second-Life Lithium" be if the image filled one side of a business card? I'm told it should not be smaller than 9 point.
Any other thoughts?? We should be able to get this done in a couple of days, then I can get you on business cards and such. I'm already thinking about how parts of this image could be taken-out and used for other things.
Also, although the overall effect is good, is there any way to have the ends of the sun-rays not cut off like that?? Would reversing them work? Thanks.
Hi. I've taken a day or so off yet, and not found anyone else whose logo I like as much. I'd like to play around with a few variations, however, and am open to your thoughts. My only suggestion for now is whether you can vary the shading vertically on the sun. I think brighter toward the top.
Other than that, you have lost the dash in Second-Life, and I would like to see the shading around the green banner which you had in some versions (or understand why you removed it).
Ahh, I see. you made the text smaller and moved it down to leave room around the arm. That works. Why not green? Also, if you did that, could you remove the sun-rays at the bottom?
Where are comments I left of this?? I think the black border makes the arm issue even worse, and probably if you shifted "Advancement" down, it would get too heavy?? I like the rays, but can you make the colour transitions smooth?
Ah, here you have offset the green. Almost looks like.... a scroll?! Is there a scroll which would fit with the style here? It will have rounded edges, which might look odd, but if you can find or at least try something...
I like the background on this one as well. Not sure about the black yet. I also like the one with the colour transition - would that work with this. Thanks.
Sooo, what is the difference, just the shading? I don't think it is better, because there is no shading anywhere else? What if it went the other way?? I just noticed the shadowing on "Battery Advancement" that works well, is it new? I can't complain about the face, really; even when it is small it looks okay. There is energy in the way you have cut up the sun, but it does look a bit harsh still. What if it was just a circle, but the shading started in the middle???
Oh, no, that totally fails, doesn't it? Loses the feel of rising-up; instead it looks like it is going down. Not sure how to fix that. Still like the original one though! It has the right energy.
Hi - not bad Sen! He really does seem like he is being re-born! A new design concept. If there is anything which is questionable to me, it is that the Guy jumps out a bit too much compared to the green text. The green needs a little reinforcement? The only other suggestion I have is that the sun idea really works, but the design still isn't that great? could the colours be blended, so there is a gradual transition? Or maybe the colour transition is from the bottom to the top, like a sunrise?? Also, I would like "SECOND LIFE" to be "SECOND-LIFE" if that makes sense.

BUT - I was asking for an image of an actual Banner, as-in the other Logo I referred to.
