Thank you for your feedback! I really liked your initial design of Sparky. The reason I decided to try to make it a bit more sleek was that it meant to symbolize reliable hi-tech. Also the concept of the sun makes a lot of sense here as second life Li-ion batteries can be used with solar panels. I'm not sure about the blue as black and orange combo can make strong and recognizable colors for the brand. From the three revisions I provided this one is most dynamic and could work best in my opinion.
Hi - nice composition, nice rendering of Sparky. I think the lettering is too futuristic - more in the present, please? The exaggerated angles in the "M" and "R" etc... work well. Nice layout with the text, and the colour mass on the right. Could you make it less abstract? Like the sun, or ?? Maybe make the outline of Sparky and the moon-shaped black ribbon of colour in Blue (just two colours is a bit harsh as well)? Then it might look more like the sun, with a blue "background"? Some shading might help - What would the shading be if it was a sunrise? Nice job.
