Hey Fernando. Hope you're doing well. Maybe the third time is the charm for you to win one! As for my feedback:
-The event name is Caribbean Baseball Festival. You forgot Caribbean in your designs.
-The word Festival should probably be about equal size to Baseball.
-Add some identifier as to where the event is going to be held. I'd probably do this by adding a Mickey Mouse head around the ball or adding Mickey ears to the top of the logo.
-I would explore more "Caribbean" type bright, islandy colors.

-Remove Orlando, FL
-Put Team 1 and Team 2 on each side of the Mickey head where Baseball Festival currently is
-Use red and blue from the Puerto Rican flag as color palette
-Make Caribbean Baseball Festival much larger across the top

I think it may look better if the head is moved up into the empty space or maybe fill that space with one or more stars.
