This is great! One last change... I think. tighten up the kerning between the apostrophe and the S in Barry's.
And we still need to make the 3 bottom lines level with the lower part of the logo. Maybe just add a little to the top of the bottom section. Is it possible to make the bottom line come to a point instead of being cut off or flat?
Once you revise this do the same for the white background version since that will be the final version anyways.

I figured it out. it is the 4 lines vs 3 lines up top. you still need to adjust the spacing between the 3 bars at the bottom. the sapcing between the 2nd and 3rd bar is wider than the other gray bars. At the top of the logo, make the spacing between the red stars block and the grey lines equal.

I can’t see a difference between 231, 232 and 237???

Client is pretty happy with this logo.
Change the Barry's font to Solid and back to the thinner font like in your original design along with the deeper red color.
There is a little more space between the 2 and 3rd grey bar and also the top grey bar seems to be just a little too high and appears higher than the blue part of the lower shield.
Client also wants to add EST 1979 in the middle of the lower grey bar. He left this change on the Red with black background logo.
Hopefully after these edits we can approve as the winner.

Please add "Est 1979" in the middle grey line on the bottom half portion of the shield

And please change Security Services to font on #64

Add some blue color… maybe the stripes inside the shield. Add some stroke to “BARRY’S” and change the apostrophe to something with a serif like after Services.
