Try a completely fresh logo. We want to focus on an abstract portion of the logo anchored on the left hand side of the logo possibly referencing the "B" similar to Koch Industries. Also focus on the blue/grey color scheme.

This logo reminds me of the company TimberVest's logo and they do not have a good reputation in our industry. For this reason I have to move away from this design at this time.

Try a slightly heavier font on both BARRS and INDUSTRIES with a slight increase in the vertical separation from BARRS and INDUSTRIES.

I like the idea of the leaf, but prefer the bolder capitalized first letter and potentially all letters for "BARRS".
