even try sending the beams of light through the top of the box

Let's change the BARRON, the line after BARRON, the line next to GROUP and the word GROUP to black. Also replace the I in BIG with the I from #189. Lastly, have blue beams of light coming out of the I in BIG like coming from the sun. Want the beams going up towards the top of the box.

Let's keep the Barron Insights Group piece of #188, use the Box with BIG from #189 and add some radiance coming from the I in BIG. Try the radiance to the edge of the box and then one with radiance beyond the box.

This is a great start. Can we make Barron and Group a little smaller, make Insights the same blue as the box, take the top off the I in BIG and make it either a i with a separation with radiant beams coming out of it or a head sitting on top of the I with radiant beams coming out of it?
