We like these logo's. Can you remove the gray (on both) and replace it with either yellow or another shade of blue. Could also was a large B in Barclay on #14.
One #44 & #46 could you please use a darker shade of yellow in the word personnel and remove the tag line on #46. We would like to see one with and one without the tag line.
