Perhaps a deeper green color

Concept little bit different than previous one, now we have abstract B letter hidden on the right hand side of the mark as well

Here is the new version with different font used, logo placed on the left hand side and on white background

maybe different font for name. And, we don't need consulting. maybe an option on white background?

Concept based on abstract Banyan tree shape.
Bar charts hidden into the negative space of the tree on the left and right side symbolizing growth.
Square shape stands to stability and security.
