Banks Consulting Northwest Inc.Logo Design Contest

Hi,
this is my first submission,
my design concept is by using triangle pointing Northwest, the three triangle represent Bank Consulting Northwest (BNC) if you see more deeply the three colored triangle shaped letter B (two blue triangle), C (the white triangle in centre), N (the blue combine with white) and N, W (blue above combine with green).
feedback will be appreciate,

the color i used is blue following by green as you suggest, i choose green because it related with finance or bank.

Thanks Kodoqijo,

I like the shading in #10 with the NW point being the alternate color, and the reduced emphasis on "Inc." Looking for a more exciting text/font, but #10 does have a solid feel to it.
