Banks Consulting Northwest Inc.Logo Design Contest

This is my first concept, but if you like the idea, with feedback, I'm sure we can perfect it.

I'm using a abstract diamond shape. Clean, simple and easy to remember. Hope you like it.

Thanks! I like the graphics and coloring, but the text looks more like our current logo than I'd prefer. Entry #6 and #4 are my favorites of the three (#5 looks too much like http://www.bannerbank.com/Pages/default.aspx for me to feel safe to use it since our name is Banks Consulting and we are in the northwest with Banner Bank - No relation though).
