So just the spine with a mom and baby bird, right?

I like the idea, but maybe not the letter B and maybe a mom and kid size bird.

Here is another concept with your initial (which is custom made). The letter "B" includes a spine, which the robins keeping it in balance or supporting it, for a more literal interpretation of you supporting your clients' health.

I've also included robin's eggs as name separators for an extra touch of cuteness.
