This is the one!!!
Thank you so much for all of the iterations and tweaking. I'll finalize the end of the competition today and look forward to working with you. There are some other related projects I have in mind that perhaps we can work together on too.
Love it! We are soo very close with this one. I like the double band width. Can you please take a look at the markup? This looks ever so slightly off-center to me. I'm also wondering if the nose can be ever so slightly more heart-shaped, so that if someone doesn't realize it's a cat nose, they might think it is a small heart. Finally, although I do think I'd like to have baking a difference at the top (because it seems to fit better), I'd like to see one version where the location and slogan are swapped again (I apologize... can't quite figure out what I prefer here). With these final tweaks, I'll feel good moving out of this phase of the tournament.
Thanks for the kind words :) - and the feedback really helps - I tried all of the requests in one version so as not to overload you, let me know what works and what doesnt
Ok, this is great! I like the font here. I'm curious to see three small variations. That said, I've really thought about it and I'm almost certain I will pick your work! I really like the whisk interacting with the text here too.
1. Can I see a border like you have in #213? I I like the dark outer border now that I can see them both.
2. And can you make the b in baking lowercase so I can see how that looks?
3. Just out of curiosity, can you swap the placement of the location and the slogan so I can see how that looks?
4. Let's use the lighter, more subtle cat whiskers that you have in #213.
I'm moving this into second, but would love to see a blend of this one and 213.
Closer. Something like this will work. I think I need to take a break from looking at it so closely. :) I don't love the font completely or maybe the slogan just needs to be a touch smaller.
This is still in first for me. I trust that you have a sense of what fonts go well together but here are some that I have liked elsewhere. Might these or something similar work well for the slogan of baking a difference?
Domus Titling
Alesand Extra Round
Antipasto Pro Regular
nope, i'm overthinking it, i like the original better. Let me send you some fonts I like for the text portions that aren't Red Bank or baking a difference.
Ok, i like the dotted outer circle. Can we try the text in the turquoise color that's used in the circle and bring the pink into the circle in its place?
Hi - I found the main text with the cream and pink behind didn't work that well as they didn't have enough contrast - so her I tried it in just the pink
I'm going to move this one into first, but I still like elements of some of the others. I'd love to see, for example, the dashed outer circle that you have in 194 using the colors of the two circles in this one. I am also curious what the text of Baked by Corinne would look like with a pink shadow that matches the cat nose
I like the thicker teal circle. Can you try the slogan of baking a difference with a lowercase b and remove the quotations (" ")? Can you also try a thinner dark blue band in the middle and the turquoise in the outer portion? I want to keep playing with that.
I like them equally but think I'll have an easier time with labels with the circular one. Can you see the feedback on that one when you have time? I have a few small changes I'd like to see.
I am definitely moving this to the next round, love it. I am curious how it’ll look with round edges rather than a bottle cap style since I will be printing it on circular labels.
Yeah, this is great. I like it a lot! I may want to play with color a bit, but I like the shape and simplicity of the design. We can lose the quotations around the slogan and maybe reverse the placement of the location and the slogan. Do you think there's something subtle that can be added to suggest baking - a rolling pin, an oven mitt?
This is a great design! I'm moving in a different direction in which the name "corinne" is equal weight to "baked". If you want to submit something, I'd love to see it! The fonts and the cat whiskers are great otherwise. Rather than vegan & gluten free, I'd prefer that the slogan of "baking a difference" is on there.
