I like that this is clean and simple and icon is symbolic relevant to organization. Here are a few things I would like to see in this...
1. Star frame almost looks Like the star of David. Let change it up a little bit.
2. The globe and hands blend in can you tweak this.
3. Praying hands are also an option.
