we like the design, but it feels somewhat to standard to us. It doesn't reflect the luxury quite as much as we'd like, it lacks a bit of flair. Just my opinion, don't mean to offend! It is a good logo, but not quite the right one just yet

Ribbon / film B.
Will work on adding the carre's in the film if you like this concept.

Liking the projector idea better. Is there maybe a way to make it less solid, maybe as if it was drawn? just an idea, not sure it would work, but maybe worth a shot?

It's "Backlot" not "Blacklot" :-)
