It should NOT read B&V Brothers... it should look like our old logo but more modern.. Have a look of our old logo which is attached.

Right, thank you for the feedback, so you want it "old school" but "pimped" :) Lots of designers (myself included) just copy/paste the company name from the brief, avoiding this way the eventual misspellings.
