I've uploaded the required EPS and JPG..once you approve the artwork final payment is made it's a manual process not automatic when you select a winner

the link to download and approve is text based only I know several contest holders have had issue with this because both links are side by side with only a single line separator it seems as it only one link but in fact it's 2 separate links.

If there are no changes I will prepare and forward by email an additional file package including the grunger effect.
