I still like #3 over #19. The shde of blue used in #3 is Ok, jsut wondering if the color purple could be incorporated.
#18 looks much better, but I still like to see the Z swish to track under the word TECH perhaps in a straight line. Again the interesting to see he incorporation of color purple.
