I like #162 much better...but the white ring is far too thick making the "O" appear much larger than the rest of the font. Don't know what to do...either way, I am not too hot on either of these. The logo on white looks sharp though.

I think a very faint very thin line around the o only...and let the airplane stick out somewhat since it already is white. Lets trying that.

I guess by seeing it on the dark background and seeing the circle outlined....I am now noticing that the "o" is roughly 5% to 7% to big. Please bring it down in size just a BIT so that when it's on a dark background...the O does not dwarf the other letters...

#168 is perfect...I think that the I and the N could be a little bit closer to the O now... general spacing seems a little off.

In all designer honesty...does the O in #172 look barely too small? I know it's in line with the other letters...but what are your thoughts?
