You are a finalist with your design, only change I would make is make the design a little more narrow instead of wide. Maybe a dfferent shade of blue add a color to it.

I have decided between the designs from you and one other designer. This is the finals only thing i would change is the lettering of your designs Avalanche Sales Group -- seems a little boxy ....if you can send me a variety to choose from so I can make a final decision. More 3D ish
