I like this one (#2). Does seem a little Captain America style to me though. Overall, nice work! Maybe play with the colors to make it a little more masculine looking.

I think the design would need to be different or new to get into the 1st rank.

I really like that question though, made me think. Not sure what the correct answer would be...I would need to see a new design. Something more solid and masculine looking.
