Hi zamykal, :) here is my entry ( #44) i tried to convey this element #44 as group of buildings joining together and also same time it looks like people holding there hands. which tells about equity and other thinks you mentioned in your brief. Hi Ajun,

Can you please use black and white and a third colour, maybe try, green, blue, brown or gold as the 3rd colour.

Even try this logo once with black as the full background colour.
