Majority of my friends have selected you at the top position, so when it will be in my Top 5 list, it will be discussed for consideration.... it is right that I cannot guarantee you the top rank now, but if you submit your logo, you have a good change to top. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend you the re-submission.
