I like it they way is simple. But doesn't need below the words ATTITUDE, PLANNING, EXECUTION ... the logo needs to transmit the ideas of Attitude + Planning + Execution

How about this one, I made the logo in the letter 'i' in the word ATTIPLEX, leading to the stars or lights, and I mean as plaining.
