Try other colours, like blue, yellow, green (colours of Brazilian flag)... It is just an idea,,,, you can also use other colours.,

maybe a darker yellow ... and doesn't need to be each letter one color... it can be the colors coming like a wave...

please try to think in something with ATTITUDE + PLANNING + EXECUTION, so, something giving the idea of starting, planing and making things happen

I like the idea of ladder on the #75 .... please try to use this idea to the whole logo.... not the ladder only.. but something into this thinking
