I'm ready to go ahead and choose font. I just want to make sure I'll be able to get all the versions (Horizontal, Vertical, B&W, Arched and Flat).

I think arched lettering has more personality. But you can use both

Can you try this with two changes...
1. Try a more traditional Atom/Molecule logo element
2. Remove the word agency and center consulting.
