This logo might look good with a bar in the middle completing the A to make it less abstract.

Try making the logo part of the word. ie replace the A

Can you add a shadow at the bottom, with a grey vertical dividing line between the logo and the name. Thank you

In this entry, I tried to keep the abstract A as in my previous entry and your current 1stranked design. The lines are pointing upward indicating growth and it also looks like a tall skyscraper as you are looking from the bottom up. Let me know if there is anything else I can do.
