not bad, but the name needs to be fixed. Can we do more with the colors and focus a bit more on the innovative design featuring the brain

Hi there, this is my idea for Your logo design. I think that is corresponding with the description of the organization and its target audience, top things to communicate, colour preferences and Your ideas and additional information(attachments) from design brief.
Also, my idea is a bit redesign of Your previous logo and I think that abstract brain solution is more appropriate then obvious brain image.
