Although this is the circle shape used in my example, its looking too much like an egg and not a rugby ball. You can google rugby balls to maybe get a better idea of the exact shapes. Maybe the swoosh dimensions or positioning could be changed as well.

I like Entry #11, but the girls on the banner are not appropriate for the logo. I would stray from silhouettes of women in general. The word "Women" in the copy is enough to designate.

I have a question, would you like to keep the glossy effect and gradients ? or do you prefer flat solid colors ?

I think we can keep the gradients, but for t-shirts and embroidery we'd need to drop it down to solid colors. I can do that myself though so feel free to keep the gradients and I will change as needed.
