Looks great - one thing: please make the negative space (the white line) that separates the medium and light blue swooshes the same width as the dark blue swoosh where it crosses the leg of the A. Does that make sense?

Getting closer, thanks. Try making the three points of the E shorter as they go down (meaning that the top one is longest and the bottom one is shortest, etc.) ALSO: please increase the kerning of the "empowered" so that it is the same width as "athletes". (Leave the font height as is).

Great logo..Can you make the E a little smaller..can you shorten the bars on it?
