Absolutely. We bought a new house in November....the porch was a huge selling point for my wife and I. So I totally get the vibe that creates.

You are right about the roof lines. Your logo is the first to dig the feeling and I appreciate that. However, at first glance, I couldn't figure out what was going on, until I noticed the tree. The blue was especially confusing. I'm sorry to criticize, but I want something immediately recognizable. A woman on a porch, sunset from the porch, water view from the porch. I'm apparently fixated on a porch. Have anything like that? Thanks.

Welcome! I went with feeling based ideas rather than literal. (You will get enough houses and rooflines I am afraid) ...and for the record, as a pretty conservative person myself, I agree with you about the pundits on TV. They are equally annoying to even me lol!
