Finally I have to choose a winner. I like this one very much and want to use it for a different projekt but not for the logo.
If ur interested I would like to do a 1on1 projekt using the drawings and time already invested by you and create something like a map of the city in the style like the church and the astor house and some additional more objekts. If ur interested let me know and we can talk about details.

These were my ideas I told the designer in the 1st place when I saw his first layout
I have the idea to leave the mortar in the foreground and change the background that should be related to the location - even if we have more locations in the future. Do u have a suggestion for the first pharmacy by changing the background?

Rank 1 has the better CI
The designer improved the first logo as well. As a result both logos match very good if i place them aside.

Sry for the late feedback I had to handle a lot of different things. Nice - the reason why its second place is that the ci of position 1 is better. I have a slight defelopment of the main logo. If I place both beside each other it matches

The reduction of the house is nice but maybe the sice is still too large

Very nice -but still too much detail. In the end we are the pharmacy nearby and not the house itself. More a rough silouhette maybe in combination with the pot of the main pharmacy logo
