i REALLY quite like these - unsure about the red though...maybe try those #28/#29 but with silver/grey/black/white color scheme? I really really like #27.

Idea - can you try that A icon inside a white square or adding white to the font? Something with black/white theme. Just to compare.

ALSO - for men should be the same either all caps, or all small letters, i don't like that men is capped alone.
