I think we want to tighten up the vertical spacing between the graphic and the text and in between the text.
Make the A/P symbol a little smaller and like I said move closer to the text.

Really like this, the color scheme, etc. We'd like to see it with the icon horizontal. Same color scheme (turquoise on top) but turned horizontally.

We really liked the other entry but feel strongly that the black background won't work on letterhead. We'd like to see this version incorporating the gold/tan color from the other one. A rich turquoise version or a mix of the gold/tan with turquois version.
