We would like to see Entry #2 on a white background. Also, the tail of the S makes it look a bit too much like a serpent.
We are intrigued by the use of red in #1. However, the base of the S and how it dominates the A makes the S here look like a sea monster. Also, perhaps the A should be in red, with the S in gold. Similarly, we would like to use a white background.
As for #3, we like the white background but think this is too bland in just black. Similar thoughts regarding the tail of the S -- perhaps too snake-like.
Regarding Entry #5, we would like to see how it would look if the A were red instead of gold. Also, we would like to see how it would look if the A were larger than the S.
